Rates:
Rates are $250 for the first couple and $50 for each additional person
per night. No charge for children under 2.
We have a requirement of minimum revenue from one stay of $500
and between 1st December and 31st March all bookings must be for
minimum 2 days stay and a minimum revenue of $800 from one stay.
In the period December 20th to January 7th we will require longer bookings
with higher occupancy.
Special prices will be negotiated for stays longer than 5 days. Please email mikenel@xtra.co.nz.
For Toast Martinborough and the Martinborough fair weekends we require full occupancy for a minimum of 2 days
at increased rates. For extended weekends such as Labour Weekend, Queens Birthday etc we require a
substantial booking of either people or days or both. Easter weekend we require a minimum of 3 days
and full occupancy or 4 days with lower occupancy. Toast is held on the 3rd weekend of November each year
the fairs are the first weekends in February and March.
